Five tools for buying and getting paid
Built for Indian MSMEs, free to use, and genuinely free — no sign-up, no trial, no email wall. Nothing you type is stored. Pick the one that matches the problem in front of you.
RFQ generator
An RFQ that leaves out tolerance, finish, packaging or payment terms comes back as quotes you cannot compare, because every supplier fills the gaps differently and none of them tells you which gaps they filled. This builds the request with those fields in place.
Use it when: You know what you need but have not written it down in a way a supplier can price.
Quote comparison
The lowest unit price is regularly not the cheapest order. Freight, GST treatment and minimum quantities move the real number, and they move it by different amounts for each supplier. Put two to five quotes side by side and see landed cost per unit, with a CSV for Excel.
Use it when: Quotes have arrived and the cheapest one is not obviously the cheapest.
GST verification
The last character of a GSTIN is calculated from the other fourteen, so an invented or mistyped number can be caught on the spot — no lookup, no sign-up. A pass is not a clean bill of health, but a fail is close to certain, which makes it a strong first filter on a supplier you have never dealt with.
Use it when: A new supplier has sent their details and you have no history with them.
Price increase check
Every supplier blames input costs, and most buyers have no way to test it. The Office of the Economic Adviser publishes what those costs actually did, monthly, for 957 individual commodities. Compare the increase you have been asked for against the official index for the same months, and see what the gap costs across a year.
Use it when: A price revision has landed and you cannot tell whether it is justified.
Late payment interest
A buyer who pays a micro or small enterprise late owes interest at three times the RBI bank rate, compounded monthly, whether or not your invoice ever mentioned it. Enter the amount and the dates to get the figure, and a demand letter citing sections 15, 16 and 18 of the MSMED Act and section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act.
Use it when: An invoice is well past due and reminders have stopped working.
Why these are free, and why that is not a trick
There is no paid tier of these tools, no usage cap and no account to create. They run in your browser; the figures you type are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
The reason is structural rather than generous. Hushcontracts never buys or resells what you are sourcing and takes no cut of the price, so nothing we build has to steer you toward a more expensive answer. A tool that tells you the honest number costs us nothing to give away — which is exactly why the companies whose margin is the gap between the honest price and your price cannot publish one.
If you would rather not do the sourcing yourself, that is the part we charge for eventually — and even that is free while we are getting started.
The guides behind the tools
Each tool does one job. The reasoning — how to vet a supplier, what a quotation must contain, how to negotiate without wrecking the relationship, and how to recover a payment a buyer is sitting on — is written up in full.

Post one requirement and a real person sources suppliers, runs these checks, and sends you a clean comparison of quotes — usually within 48 hours. No account, no cold calls.
